One person makes this app, and that person reads every email.

Something’s broken

Tell me what you were doing and what happened instead. A screenshot helps more than a description — and if the app is behaving oddly, your iOS version and iPhone model narrow it down fast.

I answer everything, though not always quickly.

Something’s confusing

That’s worth reporting too, and it’s the more useful kind of report. If a screen didn’t do what you expected, the screen is probably wrong.

Your data

Everything Pick, Pack, Go stores lives on your iPhone. There’s no account and no login, and I can’t see your packing lists — which means there’s nothing for me to look up on my end, and nothing for me to lose.

It also means I can’t recover your data if your phone is lost. Your iPhone’s own iCloud backup covers the app like any other.

A request I’ll probably say no to

The app has no reminders, notifications or timers, and that’s deliberate rather than unfinished. An app that interrupts you is an app you mute, and a muted app helps nobody. I’m open to being argued out of this, but it’s a position, not an oversight.
